Gloucester’s housing market also stands out, for its relative affordability providing lucrative returns on investment. The City’s recent success has seen property prices boom- increasing by 21% between September 2015-2019. In the last year, property prices increased by 5%. This growth is projected to continue, demonstrating Gloucester’s position as an up-and-coming location is not misguided.
